PURPOSE:To repair the disconnection and defects of a source-electrode line easily and efficiently by opposing a source-electrode line external signal input- terminal and one side of an auxiliary-signal input terminal in the active matrix substrate. CONSTITUTION:The source-electrode lines 303, the signal input-terminals 301 and the auxiliary-signal input terminals 302 are formed on an insulating substrate. One ends of the terminals 301 and 302 are opposed adjacently. When the electrode line 303 of a row j+3 is disconnected, the signal input terminal of a row j+2 or a row j+4 and the auxiliary-signal input terminal of the row j+3 are connected (a dotted line). According to the constitution, the defect can be corrected rapidly and positively. |
