The axial piston engine shaft is supported to be lubricated with (leak) waste oil. The shaft has internal gearing meshing with a sun wheel and connected to a planetary drive. A hollow shaft made of heat treated steel is part of the housing. It has external centering and four bolt connection holes. The planet web serves also as journal, and has tapered bolts to connect planet gear, supported in needle bearing. The planet web has a large tapered roller bearing.
