In a housing having two housing shells (1, 2) for accommodating an electrical circuit arrangement which preferably contains a printed-circuit board (3), the two housing shells (1, 2) are held together in a fixed region of their mutually adjacent circumferential edges (8, 9) by means of a plug-connecting arrangement (6, 7). In a region of the circumferential edges (8, 9) opposite the relevant fixed region, the two housing shells (1, 2) are held together by a latching-connecting arrangement (10, 13, 14) which can be secured by means of a covering plate (17) which can be inserted in the one housing shell (1), in such a manner that the said housing shell is detachable only by destruction of the relevant covering plate (17). <IMAGE>
