PURPOSE:To see steroscopically one plane picture with left and right eyes as different pictures because of the difference of picture element transposition, by arranging continuously minute boundary part, where the light is turned at an angle by transmission refraction, and minute plane parts alternately on the first and the second face parts. CONSTITUTION:On respective one face of the first and the second transparent plane- plate transmission bodies 2 and 3, many V-shaped concave minute boundary parts 4 and 6 having the same pitch are formed in the shape of mosaic, and these parts and minute plate parts 5 and 8 are arranged alternately and continuously. A light a'1 from a picture element P1 of a picture 1 is refracted at a point Y of the plane part 5 and is emitted from a point Y' on the side face of the boundary part 6 after two refractions, and therefore, the picture element P1 is seen with a line of sight a1 by which a picture element P2 should be seen from an eye A. A light a'2 from the picture element P2 is shifted in the direction of an arrow S, and a picture element P3 is seen with a line of sight a2. Consequently, one plane picture is seen as different pictures with left and right eyes because of the difference of angle of both eye's lines of sight and the difference of picture element transposition by turning of the transmitted light, and the picture can be seen stereoscopically in a continuous wide range by a great many people. |
