MANUFACTURE OF MOLDED ITEM BY POTTING

PURPOSE:To make it possible to feed prescribed amounts of a resin on objects using a simple apparatus, by allowing the resin to be flowed onto the objects through pierced holes whose opening magnitude corresponds respectively to the amount of the resin to be fed in the manner as in screen printing. CONSTITUTION:The objects 1 are placed on a table 2, and a plate 5 having the pierced holes 5' is arranged over the objects 1. Then the resin in the viscous state is allowed to be flowed into the pierced holes 5', and using a squeegee 6 the resin is scraped so that the rein is further flowed onto the objects through the pierced holes 5'. Thereafter, the resin on the objects is set to obtain the desired pottings. The opening magnitude of the pierced holes 5' should corresponds respectively to the volume of the resin to be fed onto the objects.
