PURPOSE:To positively fix a cooling fan to a pawl type magnetic pole by securely pressing and fixing the cooling fan to the side of the pawl type magnetic pole on which a stepped portion is formed by means of a fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A stepped portion 5 is formed on the side of a pawl type magnetic pole 2 so that its outer circumference becomes lower, and the outside of cooling fan 6 is pressed against the stepped portion 5 by means of a support member 7 which is fixed to a rotary shaft 1, and the cooling fan 6 is pressed and fixed to the stepped portion 5 in curved condition. With this, the cooling fan 6 is curvedly fixed to the pawl type magnetic pole 2 so that it has 2 supporting points, an inner position near the rotary shaft 1 and another position, contrary thereto, at the side of outer circumference, therefore, the fixing of the cooling fan to the pawl type magnetic pole 2 becomes secure. |
