PURPOSE:To attain easily and accurately the performance of accurate trimming of an outer diameter of a speaker diaphragm, by providing a stepped section to the speaker diaphragm for attaining positioning. CONSTITUTION:The accurate trimming of the outer diameter is attained for the speaker diaphragm 7 with an accurate trimmer 8. A plane having the same shape as the diaphragm 7 is applied to an upper plane 9a of a lower die 9, a moving section 9b is moved vertically along the side surface of a cylindrical support 9c at the center of the lower die 9 and pushed upward with a spring 10. The upper die 11 is moved vertically and the diaphragm 7 positioned with the stepped section 7a to the upper plane 9a of the lower die 9 with the upper due of the trimmer 8 overlapped on the lower die 9 is applied for the accurate trimming of the outer diameter with a side wall 9d of the lower die 9 and an inner wall 11a of the upper die 11. As a result, no position shift takes place to the diaphragm 7 of small size and the accurate trimming of the outer diameter is attained accurately. |
