发明名称 FLUID LAYER HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide more heat transfer tubes, produce an uniform fluid state by producing grain motions into the axial direction thereof and permit to retrieve sufficiently the heat amount of fluid by a method wherein the spiral heat transfer tubes are slanted downwardly and are arranged so as to laminate the projections thereof. CONSTITUTION:The fluid to be heated enters into the heat transfer tubes 7b from the inlet ports 8 of the heat transfer tubes. Each heat transfer tubes 7b are arranged so that the projections thereof with respect to the hot fluid A are coinciding with the shadow of the nearest heat transfer tube. The hot fluid A, coming out of a dispersing plate 4, rises up under moving the grains in the grain layer 5, however, the heat transfer tubes are arranged so that the projection thereof to the hot fluid A are coinciding, therefore, the bubbles of the hot fluid A collide against the heat transfer tubes 7b at least more than one time and are dispersed whereby free passing of the hot fluid A may be eliminated. The heat transfer tube 7b is spiral and is slanted downwardly, therefore, streams along the circumference of the heat transfer tube and the lengthwide direction of the tube are generated in the grains and the grains flow into all directions around the heat transfer tube 7b.
