Flux with a natural resin

摘要

As the active constituent, the flux contains a natural resin with an additive which is an aromatic organic acid having at least one sulpho group (SO3H) or a derivative thereof. Examples of the additive are benzene sulphonic acid, m-benzenedisulphonic acid, benzene-1,3,5-trisulphonic acid, metal salts of these acids or hydrates of these acids and metal salts thereof.
