<p>The inhibitor is prepd. from a cellular extract of normal or leukaemic virus infected tissue, the extract being treated with polyethylene glycol and the ppte. eliminated. The soln. is then treated with an alkali earth phosphate and two layers form. The lower layer contains the inhibitor and may be purified by dialysis and lyophilisation.</p> |
