PURPOSE:To decrease remarkably the number of components and assembling man-hours, by providing a light emitting section comprising an electroluminescence element, optical guiding section comprising a fiber plate and a photo detecting section detecting an incident light on one substrate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 3 made of an ITO and a photo detecting element 5 made of amorphous Si sandwiched with reflecting electrodes made of Al are provided on a glass substrate 1, and a light passing an optical fiber plate 2 is detected. Further, the electroluminescence sandwiched with transparent electrodes 7, 8 is constituted on the opposite side of the substrate 1. This luminescence consists of a light emitting plate 11 made of ZnS and insulation layers 9, 10, and a slit missing section 13 transmitting a reflecting light from an original 12 exists on the light emitting plate 11. In applying a voltage between the transmission sections 7 and 8, the light emitting layer 11 is lighted and after this light is reflected on the original 12, the light is made incident to the detecting element 5 through the missing part 13 and the plate 2. |
