<p>Automatic sewing article blank feeder includes a power-operated bell crank lever pivotable about a vertical pin and provided with a photoelectric cell controlled gripper slides below which is disposed a blank magazine, the bell crank lever co-operating with a sewing frame pivotable about a further vertical pin and provided with a gripper one jaw of which pivots about a horizontal pin to receive a blank and the sewing machine frame is then pivotable into the range of pivotal movement of the bell crank lever to receive a superposed second blank for registered feeding of the superposed aligned blanks by the sewing frame to the sewing machine.</p> |
