The door comprises a leaf (1), provided with a glass pane (3), and a frame (2). The vertical, hinge-side frame spar (5) consists of the light metal profiles (6, 7) which are connected via insulating bars (8). The frame spar is equipped with additional profiles (11) which lie symmetrical to the centre plane (10) of the frame and are anchored in grooves (9) of the light metal profiles (6, 7). These additional profiles are equipped with a brush seal (16), which interact with additional profiles (23) of the hinge-side, vertical leaf profile (4). In the area of the centre plane (10), the additional profiles (23) delimit a gap, which is closed by an insulating strip (27). The purpose of the insulating strip (27) is to ensure heat insulation and furthermore to exert a pretensioning force on the additional profiles (23). The additional profiles (11) secured on the frame spar (5) have, on the side facing the leaf, a concave strip (14), and the additional profiles (23) secured on the leaf spar (4) have, on the side facing the frame, a convex strip (24). As a result of the gap between the additional profiles of the frame and the additional profiles of the leaf in the area of the vertical centre plane of the door, these additional profiles do not form a cold bridge. <IMAGE>
