REMOVAL OF CENTRIFUGALLY MOLDED TUBE FROM MOLD

PURPOSE:To easily remove a resin tube from molds without deformation by a method in which a resin tube molded on the inner surface of a thin tube on the inside of an annular chamber in a cylindrical mold is expanded into a thin tube by the pressure of a liquid injected between an end face tool, a set cover, and extruded. CONSTITUTION:A resin tube 10 is centrifugally molded on the inner surface of a thin tube 5 between both end tools 6, the tools 6 are removed, and a liquid 9 is drawn out. A cover 12 is attached through a rubber seal 11 to one end of the resin tube 10, and a cover 15 is attached through a rubber seal 13 and a connecting ring 14 to one end of a cylindrical mold 1. A liquid 17 containing a releasing agent in a tank 16 is injected between the cover 12 and the cover 15 through a pump 18. The resin tube 10 is pulled out of the thin tube 5 by pushing it toward the other end side through the cover 12 while expanding the thin tube 5 by the liquid pressure. The resin tube can thus be removed from the mold without any deformation because frictional resistance in the facial contact of both tubes can be lowered.
