发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF BATTERY PELLET BY FREEZING AND MIXING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain battery pellets having porosity which assures effective penetration of electrolyte without deteriorating characteristic of a battery active material by using the freezing and mixing method when said battery active material is mixed with a binder. CONSTITUTION:The ketjen black of 3g and polytetrafluoroethylene of 0.3g (molecular weight of 3X10<6>) are fully mixed and kneaded for 15min by a stirrer. Thereby a film can be formed. The film thus obtained and the ferrite phthalocyanine of 4g are smashed and mixed with a freezing grinding machine. Thereafter, such powder material is thermally rolled (200 deg.C, 15min) and thereby a battery electrode in the thickness of 0.5mm. can be formed. The formed battery electrode has sufficient strength and it is then built into an Li battery and the battery characteristics is measured. As a result, dependency of discharge capacity on discharge current density as shown in the figure is obtained.
