PURPOSE:To lower the height of a magnetic circuit, and to improve assembly workability and maintenance and exchangeability and the like by constituting the magnetic circuit by mutually attaching and bringing into contact a plurality of U-shaped opening sections made of a magnetic metal. CONSTITUTION:The moving coil type drive device has the magnetic circuit constituted by the U-shaped magnetic metals formed by bases 12 and magnetic cores 13 and permanent magnets 11 bonded with the inner side surfaces of the magnetic metals, and has structure in which the opening sections of a plurality of the U-shaped magnetic metals are attached and brought into contact mutually. Coils 10 are wound on the magnetic cores 13. A coil holding mechanism need not be moved on the assembly of the coils 10 because the magnetic circuit is divided in the same direction as the direction of movement of the coils 10. |
