PURPOSE:To increase magnetizing force as well as to prevent the lateral deviation of magnetized area by a method wherein an engaging work is performed on the circumference of a magnet, and the magnetizing force is increased at the center hole part of the magnet. CONSTITUTION:The line of magnetic force in the magnet 1 is focused on the circumference of the top end of a stud 4 and the upper edge of the established hole 1a of the magnet 1. Therefore, when a ferromagnetic plate 6 is going to be magnetized, closed circuit of magnetic flux is composed of said plate 6, thereby enabling to form a very strong magnetized condition in proportion to the magnetic capacity of the magnet 1. Also, the above method enables to completely prevent the lateral deviation in a natural form by providing a wide contacting end face. |
