PURPOSE:To respond to even a quick change and set an output accurately by setting the time constant of a part, which integrates and amplifies the difference between a detection output and a power command value, to a value >= 10 times as large as that of a part which controls a current to a fixed value in accordance with the amplification output. CONSTITUTION:A power detecting part 2 is provided in the output of a current-power converting element 3, and the power is supplied to a load 1, and the output of a power control part 5 which integrates and amplifies the difference between a power command input 6 and a power detecting part output signal 7 is inputted to a current control part 4. The current control part 4 is provided with a current detecting part and a current feedback line 8 through which the signal of this part is fed back, and the output of the current control part 4 is impressed to the current-power converting element 3. The amplifying function of the power control part 5 consists of an operational amplifier 51, resistances 52 and 53, and a capacitor 54, and that of the current control part 4 consists of an operational amplifier 41 and resistances 42-44, and the time constant of the power control part 5 is made larger (normally, >= 10 times) than that of the current control part 4. Thus, the response speed is high and the output is set accurately.
