PURPOSE:To prevent time or hour from getting out of order due to an input error, by constituting so that a needle correcting operation becomes impossible until display switching for displaying either a regular time or an alarm time by a needle is ended. CONSTITUTION:When a contact S3 of a display switch 103 is closed and a regular time display is switched to an alarm set time display, a fast forward pulse is outputted from a fast forward signal outputting circuit 40 through a go-alarm time motor controlling circuit 63 of a motor outputting circuit 106. Also, a needle motor 28 is brought to fast forward through a driving circuit 101, and simultaneously, the number of intervals of an alarm set time of an interval counting circuit 105 and a regular time is subtracted by a fast forward pulse. When this count value becomes zero and the display becomes an alarm set time, the circuit 63 is controlled through the circuit 105, the fast forward pulse is cut off, also inhibition of a correction inhibiting circuit 107 is released, and a time correction by a correcting switch 102 is inhibited until the display switching is ended. Switching to the regular time display is executed in the same way, too, and it is prevented that time or hour gets out of order due to an input error. |
