PURPOSE:To allow the concn. of a formed gradient gel to coincide with an objective concn. and to make it possible to obtain the gradient gel having appropriate desired concn., by mounting a transport means for transporting a gel stock solution and a control means for controlling the transport flow speed of said stock solution. CONSTITUTION:Tanks 1, 2 for accommodating a gel stock solution are connected to a stirring tank 3 stirring the gel stock solution by flow passages 4, 5 having transport means 6, 7. A gel container 8 receiving a formed gradient gel is connected to the stirring tank 3 by a flow passage 9. Further, the transport flow amount of the gel stock solution is controlled by a control means 10 so as to adjust the concn. of the formed gradient gel to the set concn. inputted to the control means 10 by an optical reader 11 and a digitizer 12. When the transport flow speed of the transport means 6 for transporting the gel stock solution in one side is set to f(t), concn. to A, the concn. of the gel stock solution in the other side to B, the sum of the transport flow speeds of both gel stock solutions to S (constant), the constant determined by a gel size in relation to theta, the objective concn. of the formed gel to xsi(thetat) and the volume of the stirring tank 3 to V, the transport flow speed f(t) comes to a relation shown by the formula. |
