PURPOSE:To permit the titled device to cook a foodstuff with an optimum result, by constituting the electronic cooking oven of a type that can be automatically controlled depending on sorts of foodstuff such that a time variation occuring in a sensor output at the start of heat-cooking performance may be confirmed and compensated for to meet a level at the termination of heating by the manipulation of leaving heating key. CONSTITUTION:By manipulating leaving heat key 2 and heating key 3, a CPU starts operating to commence heating performance. While the terminal voltage Vo of a gas sensor 7 and the terminal voltage VT1 generated after the passage of predetermined time T1 are stored, a ratio VT1/Vo is computed. If the ratio is 1.0 or less, the voltage is confirmed as normal and the heating is continued. After the passage of time T2, the ratio is obtained in the same manner for confirming whether the voltage is maintaned as normal to decide a terminating level. On the contrary, if the ratio is 1.0 or more, the voltage is confirmed as abnormal and replaced with a figure predetermined for an abnormal time for comparing it with a measurement to decide a terminating level. In this manner, a foodstuff can be cooked with an optimum result merely by manipulating the left cooking key, and thereby improving a using convenience. |
