PURPOSE:To obtain a harmless ground bait for luring fish having excellent fish-luring property and storability and applicable without causing water- pollution, by immobilizing a concentrated suspension of photosynthetic bacteria with calcium alginate or carrageenan. CONSTITUTION:A concentrated suspension of photosynthetic bacteria is optionally added and mixed with 0.1-0.5% one or more additives selected from yeast extract, meat extract, fish meal, chrysalis powder and neutral fraction of wood- vinegar. The mixture is mixed with equal amount of calcium alginate or carrageenan and gelatinized to effect the inclusion and immobilization of the bacteria. |
