PURPOSE:To simplify the process of concrete formwark method by a method in which a formwork is fabricated of metal forms consisting of cross and vertical pieces having large numbers of claws on one side and metal nets, and concrete is placed between the formworks erected by turning the claws inwardly in mutually facing manner. CONSTITUTION:An axle assembly 2 is made up of lower cross, vertical, and upper cross pieces 3, 4, and 5 made of a metal form material having a nearly lip-groove form of cross section and cut claws 8 on one side. The axle assemblies 2 are combined by turning the claws 8 inwardly and a metal net 16 consisting of metal laths is hooked to the claws 8 and combined. Iron bars 17 are set inside the metal nets 16 and then concrete is placed. After the concrete comes to have a given strength, the axile assemblies 2 are removed out. The process of the concrete formwork can thus be simplified and power can also be saved. |
