A headpiece having a completely integrally moulded sealing surface and a concentric bore hole is welded to the tubular sleeve. The positive mould and the negative mould form a cavity corresponding to the shape of the headpiece, the positive mould being held in a concentric position within the neck of the headpiece-cavity and forming a channel. A thermoplastic material is extruded through the channel from a sprue in the negative mould through a side-wall bore hole into the cavity. A projection of the solidified thermoplastic material corresponds in shape to the sprue and the channel and is cut off by the side walls.
