PURPOSE:To prevent the subsidence of a tire in soft ground, improve the removability of mud from the tire and raise the traction power of the tire by such an arrangement wherein tread patterns of the tire are formed by arranging blocks, each of which is laterally long and has a width at a specified ratio against the tread width of the tire, around the center of the equator surface of the tire in the direction perpendicular thereto with proper spaces provided between blocks. CONSTITUTION:Blocks 1 in the shape of arrowhead, each of which has a width, Wb, in the direction of tire axis which is more than 30% of the tread width, W, of a tire are arranged around the center of the equator surface C of the tire with proper spaces provided between them. In this case, the slant angle theta of the block 1 for the equator surface C of the tire shall be set to 45-90 deg. and a length L shall be set to less than 1.5 times larger than the depth D of grooves at the equator surface of the tire respectively. The space H between blocks 1 shall be within the range between 2.5-6 times larger the depth D, and the area As of overall surface of the block 1 shall be 10-30% of the area of surface of the tread At.
