PURPOSE:To provide an effective means to draw plate preparation plans, that has been much complicated according to any conventional system, by placing templates on a material plate in rows repeatedly in a single direction, in such a sequence as one having larger short-edge coming first followed by next larger, and by incorporating into a central processing unit (CPU). CONSTITUTION:A key input device 11 or an audio input device 12 is used as the input device 1. A central processing unit (CPU) 2 is to draw plate preparation plans, and a CRT display 3 is to display such necessary matters for works as operational result in CPU 2, the input items thereto, etc. A printer 4 prints out the matters displayed on the display 3 while a memory part 5 consisting of a floppy etc. stores the operational result etc. in the CPU 2. In this arrangement the reference direction for the material and the plate preparation direction, perpendicular thereto, are set previously, and a template is placed on the material plate. This arrangement can well eliminate complicated procedure which has been inevitable with any conventional systems. |
