PURPOSE:To permit letters and patterns to sharply appear on the surface of a substrate while attaching grains integrally to the back of the substrate by previously printing and coloring the substrate of non-woven cloth so that the letters and patterns directly appear. CONSTITUTION:A non-woven cloth impregnated with processing liquid of mixture of resin liquid having heat resisting property at temperature higher than grinding wheel sintering one and mutual welding property to phenol resin and coloring agent having heat resisting property at temperature higher than the grinding wheel sintering one and semidried is printed to form a substrate by print ink having heat resisting property at temperature higher than the grinding wheel sintering one so that letters and patterns appear. Grains and binding phenol resin are applied to the back of the substrate to form a desired integrally laminated, molded and sintered grinding wheel so that sharp letters and patterns appear directly on the surface of the substrate without discoloring in the sintering. |
