PURPOSE:To realize inexpensively the stabilization of individual high voltage loads and the whole of a device, by supplying an electric power to each electrifier from individual secondary windings of a transformer, and connecting an inverter having a variable output to the winding start side of secondary windings for electrifiers. CONSTITUTION:High voltage rectifying circuits 6-1 and 6-2 are connected to secondary windings of a converter transformer 5, and a high voltage power is supplied to a primary electrifier 9 and a transfer electrifier 10. A low voltage circuit 7 for sequence control supplies electric power to a sequence controller 21, kinds of lamp, and DC-DC inverter circuits 20-1 and 20-2. The winding start side of circuits 6-1 and 6-2 is connected to outputs of circuits 20-1 and 20-2 respectively. Outputs of circuits 20-1 and 20-2 can range between prescribed values whose upper limit value is determined for electrifiers 9 and 10, and load currents flowed to electrifiers 9 and 10 are detected by resistors, and they are so controlled that these load current values become reference values. |
