PURPOSE:To obtain excellent characteristics with no adjustment and to attain circuit integration, by giving an output of an analog switch operated in a phase opposite to each other to a differential input of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A carrier input signal is applied to transistors Q1, Q2 of the analog switch 6a so as to attain the complete switching operation to a signal inputted to a transistor(TR) Q3. The complete switching operation is attained similarly by applying a signal in a phase opposite to the carrier applied to the analog switch 6a to TRs Q7, Q8 of an analog switch 6b. An output signal obtained at the two analog switch circuits is applied to the differential amplifier 7 for obtaining a differential output. The in-phase components are canceled from a carrier component leaked from the analog switches by the differential amplifier 7. |
