PURPOSE:To leave behind only a drain paper by a method in which the tip of drain paper pulled out of the tip of a casing is fixed to the ground's surface, the casing is driven into improved ground, and then the drain paper is cut off at the tip of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A drain paper 6 is inserted into a casing 4 hung down from the leader of a heavy-duty machine from above, and the tip of the drain paper is wound around a roller 9. The drain paper is then pulled out from between an upper cutter 11 provided in a closing and opening manner and the lower cutter 12 of the casing 4 and fixed to the ground's surface. Under the condition, a vibrator is driven to penetrate the casing 4 to a given depth in the improved ground 2, and a drain paper 6 is orderly sent out to the inside of the ground 2 because its tip is fixed to the ground's surface. After it reaches a given depth, when the cylinder 8 is contracted, the upper cutter 11 is turned outwards by the roller 9 to cut off the drain paper 6. When the casing 4 is pulled up, the drain paper 6 is left behind in the ground 2, and the tip of the drain paper 6 is pulled out of the casing 4 on the ground's surface and fixed to the ground's surface again. |
