On the roof of the caravan (1), the roof frame (2) of the sunshade can be supported with supports (3). At the outer ends and/or sides, the roof frame (2) is secured with clamping cables (4) which are attached in the ground with pegs (5) and clamped by means of tensioning screws (6). The roof frame (2) is made up of rectangular tubes (7) which can be displaced one in the other and can be fixed at the set length using securing screws (8). At the ridge of the roof, the tubes (7) on both sides end in clips (9) and are connected to a screw (10). The ridge of the roof is covered with a ridge plate (11) which is hooked into the screws (10) with hooks (12). Cross-connections (13) for transverse struts are fitted onto the tubes (7). The head ends (14) of the supports (3) are fitted onto the tubes (7) and can be supported on the roof (1) of the caravan on the bottom by means of movable support feet (15). The shade is covered with webs of corrugated plastic. <IMAGE>
