PURPOSE:To dry an organic solvent quickly and to improve the electromagnetic conversion characteristic, by the irradiation of an electron beam. CONSTITUTION:In the drying system using the irradiation of the electron beam, a part or the whole of the organic solvent is dried in a moment to fix a magnetic material, and the magnetic material is prevented from being flocculated and disarranged during drying; and therefore, not only the drying time is shortened considerably to improve the production speed, but the electromagnetic conversion characteristic is improved considerably. For the irradiation of the electron beam, an acceleration voltage of 150-300kV and an absorption dose of 2-10 megarad are desirable. The transmission quantity of energy is deficient if the acceleration voltage is >100kV, and the energy efficiency for drying is lowered and energy is not economized if the acceleration voltage exceeds 100kV. If the absorption dose is <=0.5 megarad, drying of the solvent is insufficient; but if it is >20 megarad, it is undesirable because of the energy efficiency for drying is lowered, and a body to be irradiated generates heat, and especially, a plastic supporting material is deformed, and therefore. |
