PURPOSE:In an automatically cutting device of a rolled core material for a transformer or the like, to obtain a diamond-shaped assembly of the rolled core material as cut, by fixing a gauge table doubling as a carrier of the asembly and moving a shear only. CONSTITUTION:A truck 11 set on an inclined surface (an upper surface) of a base 10 includes a roller 12 for feeding a material 1, a motor 13, a shear 14 and an air cylinder 15. The material 1 is fed by operating the feed rollers 9 and 12. Since the truck 11 is kept at the raised position by the distance t, the material 1 as fed is laid on materials 1' which are previously cut and stacked on rollers 23, while each end of the materials 1 and 1' abutting against an angular gauge 26. When the material 1 abuts against the angular gauge 26, the feed rollers 9 and 12 stop their rotation, and the material 1 is cut by the shear 14. As is above described, the materials 1' as cut are stacked on the previously cut materials 1', thus obtaining a diamond-shaped assembly. |
