CONSTITUTION:A diteching part 3 is attached to the body 2 to make a ditch on the sea bottom while the body 2 is moving on the sea bottom. A drum 5, on which the submarine cable 4 is wound, is installed on the body 2. A drum driving motor is also installed on the body 2 to rotate the drum 5 to deliver the cable 4 into the ditch on the sea bottom. The moving speed of the body 2 is detected by a speed detector attached to the body 2. The drum 5 is rotated at a delivering speed corresponding to the moving speed of the body 2.</p> |
