PURPOSE:To obtain the multilayer analysis material of high measuring accuracy by such an arrangement wherein a reagent layer of uniform quality can be easily formed by using HEPPSO salt or EPPS salt as a multilayer analysis material containing a buffer agent. CONSTITUTION:In an integral type multilayer analysis material containing at least a developing layer, reagent layer and transparent supporting member, a film base of colorless transparent polyethylene terephthalate for photographic material composing a transparent supporting member is coated with layer of reagent composed of coating liquid containing 9.0g/m<2> of deionized gelatin, 0.2g/m<2> of paranonyl phenoxypolyglycydol, 0.17g/m<2> of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid sodium acetate and 3.68g/m<2> of HEPPSO salt having a general formula containing disodium hydrogen phosphate, dioerythritol, urease and bisvinyl sulfonyl dimethyl ether and buffered at pH 8.0. |
