MANUFACTURE OF DIAPHRAGM FOR SPEAKER

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a diaphragm for speaker, by pressing thermally a boron skin member at both sides of a core member made of a hollow core woven with aluminum ribbon in the form of chrysanthemum. CONSTITUTION:The core member 12 made of the hollow core in the form of chrysanthemum is formed with the woven aluminum ribbon 11, the pure boron member 13 having about 20mum of thickness is pressed thermally on both sides of the core member 12 with an adhesives with the condition of temperature 200-230 deg.C and pressure 1-2kg/cm<2>, to form a flat diaphragm having about 28mm. of diameter and about 1mm. of thickness. The boron skin member 13 is made by using an ion plating device (not shown) and evaporating boron under the environment of 1-3X10<-5>Torr with the electron beam vapor-deposition method.
