发明名称 PRODUCTION OF AIRTIGHT HEAT-RESISTANT PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain the titled airtight heat-resistant plate having excellent airtightness, optimum thermal expansion coefficient, strength, and heat resistance by molding a molding material obtained by mixing an inorg. filler consisting of alumina powder and specified glass powder, and heating and baking the molded product. CONSTITUTION:From 25 to 45wt% inorg. filler consisting of 100pts.wt. alumina powder (alpha-Al2O3) having <=10mum mean particle diameter, 5-50pts.wt. silica powder (quartz powder) having <=10mum mean particle diameter and 13-15X10<-6>/ deg.C thermal expansion coefficient, and 55-75wt% glass powder having 8.5-11.5X10<-6>/ deg.C mean thermal expansion coefficient at 25-550 deg.C and <=10mum particle size are mixed to obtain the molding material. TiO2 powder or ZnO powder is added by 5pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. molding material as a colorant. The material is compression-molded to obtain a molded product, and the product is heated and baked at a temp. (about 670 deg.C) at which the glass powder is melted and bound. USE:The heat-resistant plate is used for a bulb-type fluorescent lamp having the airtight heat-resistant plate 1, a fluorescent inner tube 2, and an outer tube 3.
