PURPOSE:To measure the energy transmitting property of a sample, by making a fundamental burst wave radiate to a sample to be measured, detecting the wave as an alternating wave, and processing the result by a computer. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental burst wave, which is generated by a tone burst wave oscillator 3, is applied to a sample to be measured 1, and the sample is vibrated. Meanwhile, an alternating wave is detected by a receiver 8, which is contacted with a part of the sample 1. By a waveform shaping circuit 11, which updates the peak of the alternating wave and stores the result, a DC output 19, which matches with the amplitude of the alternating wave, is obtained. A/D conversion of the DC output 19 is performed. Then, the data 25 is processed by a computer 18, and the result is displayed on a display device 30. The energy transmitting property of the sample 1 is measured from the value of the gradient of the rising part of the vibration application. |
