PURPOSE:To make a device small-sized and simplify its mechanism by coupling slant feed claws with the feed holes of a feed member elastically supported by a brake mechanism so that the claws can be reciprocated. CONSTITUTION:A member 1 is inserted into the guide 9 of a main body 3 with a cover 10 being kept opened by operating a toggle clamp not shown in the figure, then the toggle clamp is again operated to close the cover 10. Next, a cylinder 4 is operated to advance a rod 5 in the arrow direction C, feed claws 8a, 8b are allowed to couple with feed holes 1a, 1b, and the rod 5 is advanced until a stopper 3a hits a connection tool 6. At this time, since the member 1 is being depressed by a spring 15, the claws 8a, 8b are firmly coupled with the holes 1a, 1b and the member 1 is advanced. Next, the member 1 is braked by a rear brake mechanism 11, and the claws 8a, 8b are retreated. According to this constitution, the device can be made small-sized and its mechanism can be simplified. |
