PURPOSE:To enable to detect the boiling point accurately irrespective of a pot and a quantity of food to be cooked, by a method wherein an inclined value of a rising temperature of the food to be cooked is measured and a bent point is detected by calculating a bent value according to the inclined valve so as to detect the boiling point. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controlling part 8 applying a control signal to a heating control device 2 according to a signal of a temperature detecting part 7 is constituted with a first and a second inclination detecting parts 9 and 11, a computing part 10, a boiling point detecting part 12 consisting of deciding parts 13a and 13b, a judgement part 13c and a bending point detecting part 14 and a calorific value controlling part 15. An inclinded temperature value TW is measured by a temperature rise Tf'-Tf for a given period of time DELTAXA at a point wherein a detected temperature B of a temperature sensor 6 is increased and exceeded point Tf, a bending value and a starting value of detection of a bending point are computed by the computing part 10 by making the inclined value TW into a function, a starting point Ts of detection of the bending point and the bending point C are decided, through which it is detected that a water temperature A has arrived at the boiling point. |
