<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce normally the result of high-speed recording at a specified speed, by providing a speed changeover switch and a reproducing output cutoff switch interlocked with the speed changeover switch at the outside of a recording and reproducing circuit to perform the high-speed recording from an external high-speed source. CONSTITUTION:The recording and reproducing changeover switch 4 is connected to a contact (b) at recording, a recording input source 2 is amplified by a head amplifier 3 and recorded on a magnetic tape by a recording and reproducing magnetic head 1. When the recording input source 2 is a high-speed source in this case, the speed chageover switch 5 is connected to a contact (c) side and when the source is at a specified speed, the switch is connected to a contact (d) side. The recording and repoduction changeover switch 4 is turned on to a contact (a) side at reproduction. When the speed changeover switch 5 is selected to the high-speed reproducing posisidetion, i.e., the contact (c) side in this case, a reproducing output cutoff switch 8 is turned off and no reproducing signal is outputted. Further, the speed changeover switch 5 selects the specified speed, i.e., the contact (d) side, the reproducing output cutoff switch 8 is turned on and the reproducing signal is outputted.</p> |
