PURPOSE:To perform a measurement of high resolution and to measure a detecting object of large area in one time by using a sheet of accumulative fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION:A radioactive ray emitted from a radioactive isotopic element poured in an inspecting body 1 radiates the accumulative fluorescent sheet 4 through a collimator 3. The accumulation of the radioactive ray energy according to the detection of this radioactive isotopic element to the sheet 4 is excited by a laser light scanning due to a laser 10, etc., connected to a full shine type luminous light 13, read by a photomultiplier 15 and is turned to an electric signal. A concn. distribution image of the radioactive isotopic element is formed on a sensitive film 20 through a signal treatment circuit 16, an acoustic optical modulator 22 to which laser beam is added. By the mode using this sheet of accumulative fluorescent substance, the measurement of high resolution, the one time measurement of the inspecting object of large area are possible, and the decreases of the size and weight of the apparatus can be aimed.
