发明名称 LIPID SENSOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity of a lipid sensor by fixing glycerol dehydrogenase and lipase in the same film on an ion sensitive part and subjecting the lipid to a decomposition reaction in two stages to increase the amt. of the hydrogen to be generated in a pH sensor. CONSTITUTION:A reference electrode 3 and a hydrogen ion sensitive field effect type transistor (pH-ISFET) 4 are provided to a substrate 6 and lead wires 1 are connected thereto and are fixed by an epoxy resin 2. An enzyme immobilized film 5 is provided to one 4b of the pH-ISFET 4 and the enzyme immobilized film is not provided to the other 4a. The glycerol dehydrogenase and lipase are immobilized in the same film as the enzyme immobilized film 5. The lipid is decomposed to a fatty acid and glycerol by the catalytic effect of the lipase and is decomposed to a dihydroxyacetone and hydrogen with the formed glycerol as a catalyst by the glycerol dehydrogenase. Hydrogen ions are then measured by the pH sensor. The measurement is thus made after the quantity of the hydrogen ions is increased by two kinds of the immobilized enzymes and therefore, the lipid sensor is made higher in sensitivity.
