PURPOSE:To increase a speed for making a sentence, and to lighten the burden of an operator, by registering a sentence used repeatedly, as a typical phrase, reading it out whenever it is reguired, and making a sentence, in a word processor. CONSTITUTION:When inputting a sentence by operating a keyboard 1, in case when a sentence which is apt to be used repeatedly thereafter is made, for instance, when ''gozai-mashita'' (the past tense of be, an honorific) is registered as a phrase, the device is set to a registration mode by depressing a registration mode setting key 5 of the keyboard 1, its sentence is inputted, and thereafter, the registration mode is reset by depressing the key 5 again. A word processor puts automatically a number (1) to a registration phrase and registers and displays it on the picture of a diaplay device 2. Subsequently, when the registered phrase appears in the course of inputting a sentence, it is inputted from the number of the phrase, and the sentence can be made easily. |
