PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing frequency of a new punching die, and to make the whole body of dies compact, by dividing a compound die, used for punching outer and inner shapes at one stroke, into an inner shape punching die and an outer shape punching die, and combining them to the required position at the time of working. CONSTITUTION:The upper blades 4, 5 of an outer-shape punching die and the upper blades 6, 7 of an inner-shape punching die are respectively fixed to the platens 1, 2 of the outer-shape punching die of the upper die of a compound punching die and the platens 3 of the inner-shape punching die of said compound die. Further, movable strippers 8-10 are attached to the platens 1-3 in a movable state while keeping small gaps between the strippers 8-10 and the blades 4-7, and stripper rubbers 11-13 are attached in a compressed state between the platens and these strippers. On the other hand, lower blades 20 and 21, 22 and guide posts 23-25, equipped with compression springs, of the outer-and-inner-shape punching dies are respectively fixed to the platens 17 and 18, 19 of outer-and-inner shape-punching dies of a lower die of the compound punching die. The outer and inner punching dies divided through pins 28-30 are fixed by a common plate 27 to the positions required to punch a product. Thus, either of the inner-and-outer-shape punching dies is changed in accordance with the variation of combinations of the outer-and-inner shape dimensions of the product. |
