PURPOSE:To raise reliability of the processing of a plant operation control device, by connecting a common memory used in common by plural controlling computers (COM), to a direct memory access (DMA) of each COM. CONSTITUTION:A plant process 9 is detected by a detector 8, and is inputted to an input/output device 7. This process data is written doubly in a common memory 11 through control circuits 6A, 6B, interfaces PIF 5A, 5B, DMA buses 3A, 3B and interfaces MIF 10A, 10B, of two COMs 100A, 100B. The data written in the memory 11 can be fetched freely irrespective of processing of the other COM, by CPUs 1A, 1B in the COMs 100A, 100B. According to this invention, even when one COM is faulty, a process data can be written exactly in the memory 11, and also a processing speed of the COM can be increased. |
