PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the cost of a green tire delivery device by such an arrangement wherein a loader arm is designed to be rotatable around its horizontal axis and by this procedure, the loader arm can be utilized for setting both lower beads and upper beads of a green tire. CONSTITUTION:As a green tire is supplied from above, a clamping claw 26 is widely opened and an arm 43 is lifted and the tire is placed and held securely on a green tire clamping device A-2. This condition is maintained until a tire T in the previous cycle is vulcanized in a press. Upon completion of vulcanization of the tire T in the previous cycle in the press, the upper and lower metal molds of the press are separated and the completed tire is discharged outside the press. In the meantime, the green tire clamping device on a green tire delivery device A-1 rotates around a revolving shaft 14 and it is reversed. By this reversion, the green tire becomes in hanged condition, and then the green tire delivery device A-1 moves to N.2 position from No.1 position. The hanged green tire T is stopped at No.2 position and its raw beads are caused to seat on the lower bead ring by causing the green tire to approach to the lower bead ring of the lower metal mold, or by causing the lower bead ring to approach to the green tire. |
