<p>PURPOSE:To detect the coordinates with high efficiency, by putting two conductive layers on each other so that the insulated parts extending in a single direction are approximately orthogonal to each other and at the same time putting the electrodes on each other at prescribed parts of split conductive areas with no adjacency to each other. CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer containing split conductive parts 3-1-3-8 is provided on a thin insulated film 2 formed on an insulated substrate 1. Electrodes 4-1-4-4 are set at both sides at split conductive parts 3-1-3-4 respectively, and electrodes 4-5-4-8 are provided at split conductive parts 3-5-3-8 at the opposite side to the electrodes 4-1-4-4. A transparent conductive film obtained by vapor depositing a metal on an insulated film is provided on these electrodes via a transparent spacer 5. Then a conductive layer containing conductive parts 7-1-7-8 divided at the insulated parts extending in the same direction is provided so that these divided conductive parts are orthogonal to the insulated parts 3-1-3-8. In addition, electrodes 8-1-8-4 are provided at conductive parts 7-1- 7-4 at the same side of both side parts, and electrodes 8-5-8-8 are provided to conductive parts 7-5-7-8.</p> |
