<p>PURPOSE:To detect 2-dimensional coordinates with high accuracy, by applying voltage to an electrode of a potential slope layer and pressing a piled detecting layer to said electrode to detect the potential of the potential slope layer and the split conductive parts of the detecting layer. CONSTITUTION:A film 3 containing a vapor-deposited thin film layer forming a potential slope layer 2 is put on a substrate 1, and electrodes 4 and 4' are formed with silver paste at both sides of the layer 2. Then a spacer 5 is provided, and a detecting layer consisting of split conducting parts 7, 7', 7''- are formed on the spacer 5 by etching a transparent conductive film obtained by vapor-depositing a gold thin film layer on a film 6. At the same time, electrodes 8, 8', 8''- are provided at an end of each split conductive part. The voltage is applied to the electrodes 4 and 4'. The optential of the layer 2 corresponding to the position where the film 6 is pressed is detected by an electrode at the split conductive part of the detecting layer corresponding to the pressed position. Thus the coordinates can be decided for the pressed position.</p> |
