PURPOSE:To improve the comfortableness of a heating environment by a method wherein in the heating environment control device for an air conditioner and the like, a heater and a heat capacity member attached with a temperature measuring element are arranged in the heating environment and the heating environment is controlled by the output of the temperature measuring element by supplying electrical power of a predetermined value to the heater. CONSTITUTION:The heater 2 is arranged within the metallic heat capacity member 1 so as to inscribe the latter and a controller C2 comprising the temperature measuring element 3 and a heat flow meter 4 is arranged in the heating environment. Then the heater 2 is energized through a detecting signal ST generating from the temperature measuring element 3 to thereby keep constant the surface temperature Ts of the heat capacity member and machines and instruments in the heating environment are controlled by a discharge calorie detecting signal SQ generating from the heat flow meter 4 to thereby keep the signal SQ constant. Thus, with the above structure, it is made possible to improve the comfortableness of the heating environment. |
